Education:

• Bachelor degree Computer Science or similar
• Business education (MBA desirable)

Experience:

• 5 years of proven managerial experience, managing at least 20 people.
• Experience of working with US/European companies
• Experience of communicating with clients at managerial level
• Proven success in team building /management
• Proven success as team player in previous position(s)
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Technology background

Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Understanding of CMMI processes and agile methodologies
• Understanding of IT industry trends
• Understanding of the sales process used by business development
• General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design (Desirable)
• Understanding of differences between commonly used software architectures (Desirable)
• Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections.
• Understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools
• Understanding of US and European business practices
